St Paul’s Church always welcomes children at every service. We want you and your children to feel relaxed and at home with us. Please don’t ever feel that they are making too much noise or wandering around.
In church there are hampers of activity bags for younger children and colouring sheets which can be taken to the pews. There is a creche area at the back of church with toys that you are welcome to use and you will find changing facilities in the toilet.
All Age Services
On the first Sunday of every month, the children lead our worship, with all age songs, prayers and the Bible reading all done by our wonderful team of children. There is an interactive talk from one of our preaching team, and refreshments afterwards. Do come and join us!
Sunday Club
Every Sunday during term time, when we don’t have an all age service, children are welcome to join Sunday Club in the Church Hall, for fun activities and the opportunity to learn more about the God who loves us and who shows us who he is through the Bible.
For any further information about children’s provision, please contact the vicar, Rev Helen Scamman at vicar@stpaulscaton.org.uk
We are a church family wanting to know God’s love for ourselves, to grow in His love, at whatever age or stage of life. Fired by that love, we seek to go out into our community, and into our world, to care for others and to share the news of forgiveness, life and hope in Jesus with those around us.
Our Church Hall is available to rent for regular sessions as well as one off celebrations or meetings. We charge an hourly rate for the whole building, including the kitchen which is suitable for the serving of pre-prepared food.
We may be a long-established church but we're not behind the times as you can keep up to date by following us on Facebook.
